The Witcher’s third season’s first significant trailer will be released tomorrow. Netflix eventually released The Witcher: Blood Origin in 2022, a prequel miniseries that wasn’t as well-liked by fans, after Season 2 of The Witcher debuted at the end of 2021.
For those disappointed by Blood Origin, there is good news: this week should see the release of our first comprehensive look at Season 3 of the mainline The Witcher series.
A new Season 3 trailer will reportedly be released by Netflix tomorrow, April 25, according to the information posted on The Witcher’s official Twitter account today. Netflix advised viewers to “hold tight” until the following day, albeit it did not explicitly state this.
Beyond teasing the Season 3 premiere trailer, Netflix also unveiled a brand-new poster for The Witcher, showing the three main characters—Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri—clumped together.
The Witcher shares a tweet:

Due to the way Season 2 of Netflix’s The Witcher ended and the fact that Season 3 will be Cavill’s final season, the third season has received a great amount of attention. The third season of Geralt of Rivia, which Cavill will play for the final time, was confirmed by Netflix last year.
