Warner Bros. and Rocksteady have postponed Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League again in light of the mixed gameplay reviews. The game will now be released on February 2, 2024, instead of its original May 26 release date (after it was postponed from 2022).
Regarding the delay, the following message was released on the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League official Twitter account:
“We have made the tough but necessary decision to take the time needed to work on getting the game to be the best quality experience for players. Thank you to our amazing community for the continued support, patience, and understanding. There is much more to share in the months ahead, and we look forward to seeing you in metropolis next year.”
After Braniac has managed to possess and control Earth’s best, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark square off against the Justice League in this game, which is set in the exact chronology as Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy.
Each member of the Suicide Squad possesses a unique combination of powers and fighting prowess. Additionally, the game will feature Kevin Conroy’s farewell appearance as Batman.
