Mary GrandPré’s illustrations for each book have become as recognizable as the stories themselves, and this May, readers can get their hands on a gorgeous boxed collection of all seven novels in paperback, with each cover featuring an exquisite gold foil design.
Any Harry Potter fan with a keen eye will spot easter eggs across the borders of the book that refer to various parts of the series. Is the evil quill of Professor Umbridge, depicted in the book’s corners, a real thing, or are we imagining things?
The introduction of these redesigned, enhanced covers is just the beginning of Scholastic’s year-long celebrations.
