Earlier this week, a problem was uncovered that prohibited some PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members from claiming the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.
Players who previously bought a copy of Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS5 were unable to claim Intergrade when it was introduced to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium levels on Tuesday.
Since Final Fantasy VII Remake PS5 and the new episode Intermission, a spin-off tale featuring Yuffie as the main playable character, are included in Intergrade, this makes sense.

Players who tried to claim Intergrade through PS Plus Extra or Premium received an error message stating that the bundle was incompatible with their PS5 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Intergrade was only available to PS5 FFVII Remake owners if they purchased the $15.99 / $19.99 DLC separately from the game’s Extra or Premium subscriptions.
Intergrade can now be claimed by gamers who already own the PS5 edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake, as reported by XGP.

VGC has put this to the test and found it to be effective. We saw the same issue notice when we tried to claim Intergrade earlier this week using a PlayStation Plus Premium account that already had the PS5 Final Fantasy VII Remake downloaded.
But Intergrade can now be claimed on the PS5 dashboard in the PlayStation Plus section. If you already have the PS5 FFVII Remake, the console will just download the Intermission DLC to complete the installation. Stay tuned with us only on Game Empress
