Pokemon Scarlet And Violet DLC: Two new Pokemon moves have been discovered from an unexpected source, and they’ll probably be included in the future Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC.
Players at this weekend’s San Diego Regional Pokemon VGC tournament were shocked to discover two new moves in RK9 Labs‘ Team Creator tool that aren’t currently present in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This tool is used to register a Pokemon team for the tournament to ensure that it is a legal team.
These moves are almost certainly unused ones that will debut in the future Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC because RK9 Labs is a recognized partner of The Pokemon Company.
Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed, the upcoming Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC will probably give us more information about the Tera Orbs and the enigmatic time machine in Area Zero, both of which appear to be connected to the third Legendary Pokemon whose name hasn’t been revealed but has been hinted at in Scarlet Book/Violet Book in the various games.
Hydro Steam is most likely connected to the Paradox Suicune that appeared in Pokemon Scarlet, while Psyblade is connected to the Paradox Virizion that appeared in Pokemon Violet. Around Pokemon Day in February, we’ll probably learn more about the DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

The Paldea region, which is modeled after Spain and Portugal, is the setting for the first two Pokemon games, Scarlet and Violet. The games are also the first real “open world” games, in which a player has few restrictions on where they can go at any moment.
RK9Labs' Team Creator tool accidentally leaked the English DLC move names so it's somewhat plausible that these could return in a later update

Because of the games’ subpar technical abilities and aesthetics, there has been some controversy surrounding them. Despite conflicting reviews and complaints about the graphics, the games have still been worldwide best-seller.
