Recent rumors that the leaked Persona 3 Remake will be announced “soon” and that P5T isn’t a fighting game or a game starring Goro Akechi have been confirmed by a reputable Persona dataminer.
While there have been rumors of a Persona 3 remake for years, they really took off earlier this year when a video emerged that included a small clip of the remake in action, along with previously unreleased beta footage for Sonic Frontiers and a brief clip of a revived Jet Set Radio.
Since then, proof of a remake has accumulated, indicating that the project would soon be revealed. How soon, do you ask? Well, the Persona 3 remake is expected to be unveiled “soon,” as trustworthy Persona dataminer Pan-hime tweeted.
Pan-hime addressed several Persona rumors that have been going around on Twitter, stating that she has heard that a Persona 3 remake announcement would be made shortly and elaborating on what she knows about P5T.

In a series of tweets, Pan-hime said, “Look, all I know is p3 remake will be announced soon and p5t isn’t a fighting game and not an akechi game. Will they be announced together? dunno lol.the atlus initiative for releasing games on all platforms is real”.
The Persona 3 remake appears to be accurate, according to Pan-hime’s comments, and we’ll learn more about it later this year. Since Atlus and Microsoft have grown closer in recent years, it seems quite likely that we’ll hear some sort of announcement at Xbox’s Summer Showcase the following week.
