Before an official announcement, the speculated Persona 3 remake from Sega and Atlus is said to have received its first-ever gameplay video. The turn-based combat from Persona 3 is demonstrated in the purported gameplay footage from the anticipated remake.
It was purportedly stolen from a 2021 internal Sega Japan conference. “Footage in development” is written in Japanese at the upper right of the video. Yukari Takeba, a playable character from the first Persona 3, is the main character in the leaked video.

She attends Gekkoukan High School and participates in the Specialized Execution Squad. It’s important to note that the Yukari character model in the video mentioned above is original, and the visual effects seem fairly sophisticated for them to be fake. To that end, it’s still only a rumor until Atlus confirms it.
A gaming forum Reset Era member previously discussed the creation of the suspected Persona 3 remake. He speculates that Atlus may intend to release Persona 3 remake or an additional, unannounced game before Persona 6.

He claims that Persona 6 and the remake of Persona 3 are both far along in the development process. He had last heard that both RPGs would be revealed this summer.
With three games in development, he continued, he was particularly startled to see how frequently Atlus changed the reveal timetable to accommodate planned events and the press. He continued by saying that the media and the public were meant to have previously seen the Persona 3 remake.
The decision-makers at Atlus, though, altered their minds, and the revelation didn’t go as expected. An earlier Reset Era member claimed that the Persona 3 remake would be comparable to Persona 5 in terms of visuals, aesthetics, and quality of Life additions.

This Reset Era member had previously leaked the arrival of Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal on Xbox Game Pass last year and the release of Taiko no Tatsujin on Xbox months before an official announcement. What they mentioned seems to be supported by the leaked footage.
