League Of Legends 14.1 Patch Notes Released: Discover The New Game-Changing Updates!

The League of Legends patch 14.1B is now available on all servers. Riot Games is implementing this hotfix to address some of the anomalies introduced in the Season 14 release. The patch is not particularly large. However, several champions and items have had their balances adjusted.

The significant buffs to Hwei, Ezreal, Lux, and Naafiri are among the patch’s highlights. On the opposite end of the spectrum, champions such as LeBlanc, Tarix, and Teemo have had their names added to the Nerf list, and their equipment has been considerably reduced.

Champion buffs

Corki

• Base AD increased from 59 to 61
• R bonus AD ratio increased from 15% – 75% to 25% – 75%

Ezreal

• W cooldown reduced from 12 to 8
• E mana cost reduced from 90 to 70

Hwei

• Health growth increased from 104 to 109
• QQ AP ratio increased from 70% to 75%
• All 3 E spell base damage increased from 60 – 180 to 70 – 230
• R width increased from 80 to 90

Lux (Crownguard)

• Base health increased from 560 to 580
• Base armor increased from 19 to 21
• Attack speed growth increased from 2% to 3%
• W AP ratio increased from 35% to 40%

Naafiri

• Move speed increased from 335 to 340
• Packmate base AD increased from 5 – 25 to 6 – 30
• Packmate cooldown reduced from 30 / 25 / 20 / 15 seconds (1 / 6 / 11 / 16) to 30 / 25 / 20 / 15 / 10s (1 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15)

Zac

• Blob heal increased from 4% max HP to 5%
• E cooldown reduced from 24 – 12 seconds to 22 to 10
• R cooldown reduced from 130 – 100 seconds to 120 – 90

Zed

• W cooldown reduced from 20 – 17 seconds to 20 – 16
• E base damage increased from 65 – 145 to 65 – 165
• R AD ratio increased from 65% to 100%

Aphelios

• AD growth reduced from 3 to 2.3

Fizz

• Q AP ratio reduced from 55% to 50%
• W first attack AP ratio reduced from 50% to 40%, still has the tower buff

Gwen

• P AP ratio reduced 8% per 100 AP to 6.5%

Kayle

• P attack speed AP ratio per stack reduced from 1% per 100 to .5%

LeBlanc

• AD growth reduced from 2.7 to 2.2
• Attack speed ratio reduced from 0.625 to 0.4
• Attack speed growth increased from 1.5% to 2.35%
• Q mark AP ratio increased from 40% to 45%
• E chain AP ratio increased from 35% to 40%

Singed

• Q AP ratio per second reduced from 45% to 40%

Taric

• Armor growth reduced from 4.6 to 4.3
• W armor ratio reduced from 10% – 14% –> 9% – 13%
• Arena W armor ratio 5% – 7% to 4.5% – 6.5%

Teemo

• Q AP ratio reduced from 80% to 70%
• R AP ratio reduced from 55% to 50%
