The latest Honkai Star Rail 1.3 livestream revealed new things coming in the game’s update. This includes a special event featuring characters Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan. During this event, certain 4-star characters will be easier to get.
Because the game doesn’t have many characters, players often choose the ones they can get quickly. These characters can be used to make different teams for battles. Keep reading to learn more about the official order of events in version 1.3.
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Banner Order
In the upcoming Honkai Star Rail 1.3 update, you can play Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan, both very strong characters. You can use them in the game for 21 days each. To get them, you’ll need to use special passes called Star Rail Special Passes.
The update will start with Imbibitor Lunae in the first part, and you’ll also have the chance to play some other 4-star characters during that time.

- March 7th (The Preservation: Ice)
All the 4-star characters in Lunae’s special group are really powerful and can work well in different teams you use in the later parts of the game. Especially, Yukong can team up effectively with the 5-star character because her big boosts to critical hits can make his attacks much stronger.
So, Fu Xuan will now appear in the second part of Honkai Star Rail 1.3. This part will also have four other characters with a four-star ranking.

- Hook (The Destruction: Fire)
- Pela (The Nihility: Ice)
It’s cool that the characters mentioned above work well with Fu Xuan’s abilities. They can team up, and Hook is the main attacker.
On the other hand, Lynx is a new 4-star character joining the game in the next update. She’s connected to healing and can remove bad effects from her teammates in battles. This is useful against tough bosses later in the game.
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Release Date
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 is coming out on Wednesday, August 30th. It will be available after regular maintenance at 4 am (BST). Because of time zone differences, it will be released in the United States on Tuesday, August 29th, at 11 pm (EDT).

The time given for when the servers will be down is just an estimate. You might be able to play the 1.3 patch a bit earlier or later than the times mentioned. But the times given by HoYoverse are usually pretty accurate based on their past performance.

The Garden is having a special time again! When this happens, you can get twice the usual rewards from Calyx (Golden) and Calyx (Crimson). You can do this up to 12 times in one day.
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Daily Login Event
The new 1.3 update of Honkai Star Rail will give players seven special passes as rewards. You can get these passes by logging into the game during the update. These special passes are like tickets that you can use to get special characters like Fu Xuan and Imbibitor Lunae. This is good for players who want to unlock these characters.
