The second teaser will supposedly include a much-anticipated new location, while the focus shifts to the second lead character Jason.
Elsewhere, the post promises some unexpected moments, a comical cameo, and a more in-depth look at the game’s social network aspects.
“Get ready for an immersive ride like never before,” the post says.
While the claims should be taken with a grain of salt, GTA 6 has been the subject of numerous leaks over the last few years, so there’s a good chance the information is real.
What we do know is that Grand Theft Auto 6 is set in the state of Leonida, which is modeled in Florida.
Rockstar goes on to say: “Grand Theft Auto VI heads to the state of Leonida, home to the neon-soaked streets of Vice City and beyond in the biggest, most immersive evolution of the Grand Theft Auto series yet.”
The trailer shows viewers some of the map spots as seen from the skies above. This covers Florida Keys-themed sites, as well as beaches and other attractions.
GTA 6 will be released on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2025. The actual release date is expected to be announced in the next trailer.
