B.B. Studio’s Digimon World: New Order is coming out next month, and developer Hyde is hard at work adapting it for the Nintendo Switch and PC. The sixth mainline entry in the Digimon World series, Digimon World: Next Order is a role-playing game featuring digital pet elements. It’s notable for being the first Digimon World game to provide players with two Digimon partners right off the bat. All the information we have about Digimon World: Next Order, such as its release date and PC system requirements, is detailed down below.
Hyde had previously worked on Digimon Survive, 2022, taking over production of the game in the middle of its creation. My review of Digimon Survive for GameSpot read as follows: Tactical fighting in Digimon Survive is often boring and slows down other parts of the game, such as exploration and Digimon evolutions. That doesn’t spoil an otherwise excellent visual novel, but it does significantly lessen the enjoyment of reading it.

Digimon World Next Order Release Date
Launched initially in Japan only, Digimon World: Next Order was later made available to the rest of the world in 2017. On February 22, 2019, the Nintendo Switch and PC versions of the game will be released.
Digimon World Next Order Gameplay
The player assumes control of a human protagonist accompanied by two companions Digimon in the open-world role-playing game Digimon World: Next Order, which is played from a third-person perspective. At the beginning of the game, the player selects one of ten potential companions. These characters will fight alongside the player and learn from their experiences.
Your companion will collapse, die, and rebirth into an egg of your choosing, each time gaining a little increase to its stats if it does not satisfy the conditions for any of its following probable phases within a specific amount of days. In order to strengthen the connection between the player and their Digimon, they can do things like give them compliments, reprimands, food, or gifts.
By interacting with NPCs and defeating enemy Digimon they encounter in the field, the player and their Digimon partner can progress through the tale as they go through different locales.
When an opponent entity is contacted, a circular battle area appears, inside which both players are free to maneuver in real-time. While in conflict, the user can pause the action to issue commands or utilize healing supplies, but the companion Digimon will act automatically according to an AI strategy.
In battle, players can switch between their two Digimon partners to execute precise commands or initiate a unique evolution in which the two Digimon momentarily join. Following a fight, their Digimon’s strengths are enhanced. In the Japanese version of the game, players can collect a total of 217 different Digimon; in the English version, that number rises to 232.
