Call of Duty Season 1 Updates: Fans of both soccer and player versus environment (PvE) shooters will like the latest Call of Duty release, Season 01 Reloaded. While the first Call of Duty raid arrives in Modern Warfare 2, foosball fans may enjoy a special event in Warzone. One of my favorite modes, DMZ, was also acknowledged.
The free-to-play battle royale mode Warzone 2.0 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has recently gotten a big content upgrade. Today’s Call of Duty offers a wide variety of gameplay options, from the series’ signature team-based multiplayer games to battle royales and PvE modes like DMZ.
In light of this, patches like today’s Season 01 Reloaded add a ton of content for the game’s many game types. The normal adjustments are there as well, including both subtle and overt ones; the damage done by shotguns is noticeably less intense. Okay, let’s dive in.
🎁 RAID REWARDS 🎁
Completing Atomgrad Episode 1 on Normal difficulty gives you:
• Gaz: Convoy skin (guaranteed)
• One of seven items from the Raid loot pool which can be a player card, emblem, loading screen, or unique weapon blueprint.— Infinity Ward (@InfinityWard) December 14, 2022
Assault Mission 1 in Call of Duty
It’s true, the first-ever CoD raid occurred today. It’s easy to imagine dozens of trolls rushing about in League skins, hopping from corner to corner in Call of Duty because it’s not Destiny or World of Warcraft. Worry not, though; Modern Warfare 2 features a brand-new option called Raid, which is a three-player mission that doesn’t rely on matching.
This means you can’t play the game unless you shell out the whole $70 for the complete edition. Of course, that’s not all of it. To access the raid in Call of Duty, you must also complete one of the following.
- Whether in Multiplayer or Special Ops, complete the day’s designated Daily Challenge.
- Get into the top 20 of any Battle Royale Playlist in Warzone 2.0.
- Disappear across the DMZ with $30,000 in cash
Either option will result in a week-long Raid Assignment. To participate in the raid, you must have a Raid Assignment.
Most people should be able to complete these tasks quickly and enter the raid. Well, then what do you do? The Season 01 Reloaded update explains that the raid is an “exciting mix of action and riddles for three-person teams to explore.” Also, it fits into the overarching storyline of the MWII propaganda operation. Given that this is “Episode 1” in the raid series, it’s safe to assume that there will be more.
The events of the story take place after the conclusion of the campaign in Modern Warfare 2. Which, if you ask me, is not a bad thing at all. Although I was so bored with Modern Warfare II’s beginning that I considered playing Haze as a “palate cleanser,” the game picked up considerably in the second half. Perhaps our buddy Ghost will even treat us to some more seductive hushed conversations.
Although I find the mandatory preparation and matchmaking for raids to be a nuisance, I do enjoy raiding in games like Destiny and see potential in the concept. Let’s give CoD a shot because it has the potential for satisfyingly crunchy gameplay elements.

The Second Warzone Cup
Although I have never wished for more sports to be included in my video games, I am aware that many people are interested in the current worldwide obsession with soccer. Call of Duty has a special mode available for a limited time that includes a large soccer ball, a standard-sized field, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and shock sticks to satisfy your Sportsball cravings. Whoever scores five goals first wins.
To be quite forthright, I think you would be better served by playing Rocket League or some bizarre Halo mod instead. While I admire the intention, my early playtesting has shown that this mode is a bit too weird. From December 14th to the 23rd, the Warzone World Cup will be held.
Modifications and Recent Developments in the DMZ
Christmas arrived early if you’re into DMZ. There are new areas, such as “Building 21,” and keys everywhere across Al Mizrah. A mystery new location “outside of Al Mazrah and into a hyper-dangerous new part of DMZ” is now accessible with these. Even though I’m used to DMZ’s hyper-dangerous nonsense, the new features should make the game’s best mode a little safer.
You’ll find more self-resurrects, gas masks, field upgrades, plate carriers, backpacks, and significantly fewer electronic components and toothpaste in DMZ now, however, no mention is made of addressing the telepathic AI’s ability to shoot you through fucking walls. Sorry about your teeth.
Players that are eliminated now have the option of appealing for help from an opposing side and joining them. I haven’t checked it out just yet, but it seems more like an offer of assistance than anything else. However, it can be extremely annoying when an opposing operator team eliminates you, even though you had no intention of messing them up. At least now you have a better opportunity to get back in.
A random perk, such as Scavenger, may now be awarded upon a successful exfiltration. Exiting successfully will increase in value with each consecutive exit.

Call Of Duty Season 1 Map and Adjusted Weapon Balance
Get comfortable, because you’re about to experience one of two extreme emotions: A completely armored opponent is no longer killable with a single shot from a shotgun. That leaves no options for knuckleheads like myself who prefer to pretend we’re Anton Chigurh by brandishing silenced shotguns and firing off single, silent shots.

But that’s okay since idiots who wear riot shields will now have their mobility and melee damage reduced. Just what they deserved. If you utilize the MX9, M13B, Kastov-74u, VEL 47, Basilisk,.50 GS, Expedite 12, or JOKR, you should read the patch notes for further information.
