This tier chart divides assault weapons into four categories:
- S tier: The S tier has the greatest weapons in the current meta, notably the Care Package weapons with a few extra additions. These are ahead of the competition and will win every match.
- A tier: These weapons represent the greatest ground treasure in the game. Whether you have Tier 4 or simple attachments, they will outperform weapons from other classes.
- B Tier: While not as dominating as the previous tier, B-tier weaponry is capable of holding its own in gunfights. To achieve the best outcomes, you must also have excellent attachments.
- C-tier weaponry isn’t the most popular choice. However, these limits can be overcome if desired.
- D tier: These are the game’s worst-performing weapons. Swap to another weapon whenever feasible.
S tier
- Wingman Pistol
- EVA-8 Shotgun
- Bocek Compound bow
- Kraber .50 Cal Sniper
- Nemesis Burst AR
- VK-47 Flatline
- C.A.R. SMG
- Hemlok Burst AR
Along with the Care Package weapons in Apex Legends Season 20, which carry the most devastating punch in the whole game, the other stated floor loot weapons, including the Nemesis, Flatline, C.A.R. SMG, and Hemlok, are unquestionably the Season’s meta weapon options.
Each of these weapons has extremely tremendous damage outputs and, when combined with a rapid firing rate, can easily destroy squads.
Get the Wingman whenever feasible. This handgun deals 50 damage each shot and when equipped with the Skullpiercer attachment, can two-shot any adversary within its effective range.
A tier
- Prowler Burst PDR SMG
- R-301 Carbine Rifle
- L-Star EMG
- Havoc Rifle
- Mastiff Shotgun
- Peacekeeper
- 30-30 Repeater
- G7 Scout
- Sentinel Sniper
This full list includes weapons accessible as floor loot that are only one tier below the S-tier weapons in Apex Legends Season 20. From the Prowler to the G7 Scout, each of these guns is the best choice in its category. Despite recent nerfs to SMGs and Marksman Rifles, they remain formidable.
B tier
- Volt SMG
- Devotion LMG
- Spitfire LMG
- Longbow DMR
In Season 20, B-tier weaponry continues to be a reliable choice. Although their numbers are significantly under-tuned when compared to their competition, you can make these weapons function in most cases.
With the correct attachments and some excellent aiming mechanisms, the whole list of B-tier weapons can defeat the higher-tier guns.
C tier
- Alternator SMG
- R99 SMG
- Triple Take
- Rampage LMG
- Charge Rifle
- Mozambique
The whole list of C-tier weaponry has been heavily nerfed in Breakout and the seasons before Apex Legends Season 20. These will not be your primary weapons, but they can be used in the worst-case situation.
They are undoubtedly among the worst-performing weapons in the Apex Legends Season 20 meta. However, if you obtain them early in the game, exchange them as you continue through the battle.
D tier
- RE-45 Auto Pistol
- P2020 Pistol
Both of these pistols are the worst weapon choices for Apex Legends Season 20. Although the Hammerpoint attachment has been added to the RE-45 and P2020, it is recommended that you upgrade to a stronger weapon as soon as feasible.
They are the weakest in the current season, and you should use weapons from the levels indicated above.
