Gameplay
A Plague Tale: Requiem’s gameplay has been looking great thus far. It’s a lot like the original, except now Amicia has access to more weapons, like a crossbow. Hugo’s abilities have developed to the point that he can control massive swarms of rats to attack his foes. The ability of Hugo to detect nearby adversaries is a major modification. He does this by borrowing the rats’ ability to ‘feel’ danger even when separated by barriers. You can sneak up on your enemies or set up deadly traps with this skill.
It appears that the stealth gameplay of the original game will be retained in this sequel. A variety of tools, including smoke bombs, decoys, and more, are frequently employed. Amicia again takes Hugo by the hand and leads him through enemy units as they look for him. Amicia’s stealth skills have clearly progressed since the conclusion of A Plague Tale: Innocence, making her stealth killings appear more savage.
At this time, that’s all the information we have on A Plague Tale: Requiem. We will be careful to update this page with any new information we receive regarding the game. The game is scheduled for release, so we shouldn’t have to wait too long to play it unless there’s a significant delay.
